2. Wait for a text message from us to your mobile confirming your registration. This can take one to two business days depending on the volume of transactions we get.  You may now pay via Paypal for you first load while waiting for our message. Then send the activation message to 2800:

Please make sure the info is correct because registration costs 2.50/text. This is one time only (assuming you sent the info correctly the first time).

3. After you receive the confirmation text of successful registration, you may now purchase Budget Load credits.

4. After you have purchased Budget Load credits, you may load your cellphone using the following:

With Budget Load’s online purchase facility at www.budgetload.com, you can purchase Budget Load credits using Paypal. The Budget Load credit may be applied to a family member who may then load your cellphone. In addition, you can purchase your family’s load requirements for the month on a regular basis using Paypal’s recurring payments system, ensuring you can communicate with them anytime.

Because we use Paypal for online purchases of Budget Load credits, you are assured of safe and secure payment transactions. Budget Load will never see your credit card information but Paypal ensures the payment details are sent to us on time so we can put Budget Load credits to your assigned number immediately. (Currency conversion from USD to Php applies).

In addition, businesses with valid DTI or SEC registrations, may purchase Budget Load Business Group SIMs which has a Php3.50/minute charge for calls SIM to SIM. Organizations can save 50% of call costs using the Business Group SIMs. All other services from Globe apply to the Business Group SIMs.

Organizations earn revenue while providing members a convenient way to purchase load.  Members may also purchase load for family members and friends through the organization, increasing revenue potential for the organization, and, of course, increasing his patronage benefit from the organization.
