How to purchase load value:

Important Note: If you are abroad, many telcos do not allow use of the 2800 number. Loading on demand will not work in these areas. However, Budget Load can load your cellphone directly in an automated manner or you may load the cellphone of your spouse or relative who will then load your cellphone as needed.

1. Go to www.budgetload.com and click on the appropriate button or link for the amount you will pay.

2. Specify the mobile number to receive the load value (make sure this is correct as we cannot refund load value that is already credited to an incorrect mobile number). Also make sure that this mobile number is in the Philippines because loading via the 2800 number may not work abroad. The mobile number assigned with the load value can then load a cellphone used abroad using the 2800 number.

3. As soon as the online payment is confirmed received, we will then register the mobile number to our system if it is not yet registered. The equivalent amount in pesos is then credited to the registered mobile number.

4. We will send a text message to the mobile number if it is not yet activated asking the user to send a registration message to 2800. Once activated, the mobile number can then load itself or another cellphone.

Over the counter payment at Budget Load outlets

1. Register your mobile number at the counter

2. Activate your mobile number by sending a message to 2800 (see top of the page for format)

3. Make payment (minimum Php100)

4. Your mobile number will have a load value equivalent to the amount paid. You may now load your cellphone on demand, even when you run out of load already.

5. When your balance is depleted, simply make another payment.

Direct deposit to BPI/Metrobank accounts:

1. If this is the first time to deposit payment, register your mobile number by sending the following text to 09156571652: REG BUDGET FIRST_NAME/LAST_NAME/BIRTHDAY. Please note that this may take one or two business days because we do verification checks of your information.

2. When you receive the registration confirmation message, activate your mobile number by sending registration text to 2800 (see top of the page for format)

3. Make your deposit to the appropriate account. Make sure to write the mobile number that will receive the load value on the deposit slip. Send or give a copy of the deposit slip to a Budget Load outlet. We also have drop boxes at selected locations where you may drop a copy of your deposit slip. Please keep the original deposit slip and give us a clear photocopy. For online fund transfers, please forward to payments@budgetload.com your deposit confirmation email. Please include your mobile phone number in the email so that we will know where to credit the load value.

4. After confirming the payment transaction, your account will be credited the paid value. You may now load your cellphone on demand.
